Veranda Guest House

The Veranda Guesthouse is located in the picturesque Ponca Valley in north central Nebraska. Surrounded by beautiful grasslands and ideally located between the Missouri and Niobrara River, the Veranda Guesthouse is perfect for those weekend hunting trips or other outdoor recreational activities. We also do bridal and baby showers or any special event you can imagine. Enjoy your morning coffee in our sunroom or outside in our enclosed veranda. The Veranda Guesthouse was originally built in 1917 as a Catholic Rectory. Since its construction it has housed the local priests, hosted weddings and celebrations until becoming a private family residence when the new church and rectory was built in 1960.
